In addition to the services included in Month-Of Coordination, we spend countless hours getting to know you and your needs, guiding you through the details, assembling the perfect team of vendors, coming up with the essential details that make your custom wedding, and making sure you are at ease the entire time leading up to your big day. The Erin Bosak Events team will serve as the point of contact for all vendors upon their hire, communicating with them to ensure that you receive the best products and service.

Providing you with continuous access to your wedding planner for advice, guidance, and support throughout the planning process, this service is especially helpful to working professionals, full-time students, and those on an expedited timeline.

Full Wedding Planning Inclusions

• Complimentary initial meeting to discuss your expectations and vision
• Recommend venues and service providers in accordance with event budget and style
• Schedule and attend all service provider meetings and interviews
• Attend site visit(s) with Client to establish the event style, direction and flow
• Unlimited in-office face to face meetings, phone and e-mail communication/advice for Client
• Offer guidance on wedding etiquette
• Create budget; manage deposit and service provider payment schedules
• Review all service provider contracts
• Provide decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
• Act as liaison between Client and service providers for all logistical needs
• Assist with save the date, invitation, program and menu wording
• Format guest list for calligrapher
• List Erin Bosak Events as a point of contact on website, save the dates, invitations and welcome notes
• Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
• Schedule and book all guest and family transportation to/from ceremony and reception
• Advise on menu planning and attend tasting with caterer
• Source packaging for favours and welcome gifts bags
• Provide and maintain templates for the guest list, RSVP’s, seating plan, photography shot list, payments schedule, etc
• Prepare personalized planning timeline and budget templates
• Create complete wedding itinerary for celebration and share with all service providers

• Attend final meeting with Client
• Confirm all details and arrival times for service providers
• Provide schedule for family and VIP guests
• Coordinate rehearsal with (or without) Officiant, as available
• Manage rehearsal dinner including timing and speeches, for up to 5 consecutive hours

• On-site management and coordination for up to 12 consecutive hours
• Coordinate all aspects of wedding celebration
• Oversee check-in of rentals
• Create “steps of service” for catering team
• Coordinate all deliveries and installations of celebration in accordance with service provider contracts
• Coordinate distribution of final payments and gratuities
• Coordinate and oversee transportation for family and guests
• Provide non-medical event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, etc)
• Organize and set up escort cards, place cards, table numbers, guest favours, menu cards, and personalized elements
• Oversee timely “flip” of room from ceremony to reception, if needed
• Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature inspection prior to guest arrival
• Conduct final seating and table check prior to guests welcomed to reception
• Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ
• Cue guest of honour and family for special moments including cake cutting, toasts and dancing
• Serve as point person for all service providers, cuing timing throughout event
• Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges
• Oversee strike of venue
• Assist with collection and storage of celebration elements and gifts
