A creative and personalized option for the couple who has clear direction on theme, formality and design, yet requires assistance with the finer details of their wedding. Providing expert resources and help with vendor selection and logistics, the Partial Planning service offers professional guidance at any point during the planning process.

In addition to Month-Of Coordination, a short list of preferred vendors will be recommended based on your personal specifications while we prepare and coordinate the remaining details of your wedding planning, assisting you with as many details as you desire

Partial Planning Inclusions

• Complimentary initial meeting to discuss your expectations and vision
• Collaborate to determine event style and theme
• Recommend service providers based on event budget and style
• Provide wedding etiquette guidance
• Oversee financial obligations
• Review all service provider contracts
• Provide décor conceptualization and stylistic input
• Assist with save the date, invitation, program and menu wording
• Advise on menu planning
• Prepare and provide templates for the guest list, RSVP’s, seating plan, photography shot list, payments schedule, etc
• Serve as point of contact/liaison for all service providers beginning eight (8) weeks prior to wedding date
• Provide personalized planning timeline
• Develop wedding itinerary for distribution to contracted service providers
• Meet monthly for in-person support
• Offer unlimited phone and e-mail communication

• Attend final venue meeting
• Confirm all details and arrival times for service providers
• Provide wedding day schedule for bridal party and family
• Coordinate rehearsal with (or without) Officiant, as available

• On-site management and coordination for up to 12 consecutive hours
• Coordinate all deliveries and installations in accordance with service provider contracts
• Organize and set up escort cards, place cards, table numbers, guest favours, menu cards, and personalized elements
• Oversee timely “flip” of room from ceremony to reception, if needed
• Conduct final lighting, sound and temperature inspection prior to guest arrival
• Walk through wedding itinerary with on-site service providers
• Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ
• Cue VIPs for special moments including cake cutting, toasts and dancing
• Serve as point person for all service providers throughout event
• Distribute final payments and gratuities
• Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges
• Assist with collection and storage of celebration elements and gifts
• Provide access to non-medical event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, etc)
